2. Eyes - If at any time during its lifetime this dogs eyes will not certify clear with CERF, we will replace it upon proof of alter/death of the original pup and a copy of the eye report.

3. Coat - If at any time during its lifetime this dogs coat shows bald to the skin patches, we will replace it upon receipt of pictures.

4. Seizures - If at any time during its lifetime this dog has repeated seizures of unknown origin or if the seizures are diagnosed as idiopathic epilepsy, we will replace it upon proof of alter/death of the original pup and a copy of all pertinent veterinary information.

5. Temperament - If at any time up to 12 months of age you don’t like the temperament of this dog, we will replace it upon return of the dog, with papers.

6. Purpose - If this dog is purchased for field work, obedience work or as a pet, and does not live up to expectation, we will replace it up to 12 months of age, upon return of the dog, with papers.

If the dog has been bred prior to showing a condition covered in the guarantee, it will void the guarantee.

We reserve the right to refund the purchase price of a pup rather than replace it.

We retain right of first refusal should the buyer at any time during this dog's life decide they can no longer keep it for any reason.

This guarantee is transferable only upon written permission.
