In February we did a lot of field events, beginning with the double/double in Arizona. We got a late start so we had to drive the 8 miles of bad road in the dark.
When we were out training, Proxy ended up with a bunch of these on one side; I never did find out
what the plant looked like that they came from.
In the first Master, Proxy did quite well on the land triple but blew me off about half way thru the
first blind. So, we trained some more...
On Saturday, Proxy did much better and made it thru two series. This is the piece of her flyer that
she brought back in the second series.
Teaz unfortunately ran into an ugly Junior test and didn't pass.
On Sunday, Teaz ran into a bad luck flyer and didn't pass Junior again, but despite a really hard third
series, Proxy earned her first Master leg!
On the way home, we stopped to take pictures of flowers -
Sand Verbena
Lupine
Curlies + 1 on the Serengeti!
I thought this piece of wood was a coyote at first.
