Lucky Kitty was chauffeured to Las Vegas by Rick, along with Proxy, Teaz and I, to three obedience trials
in a casino. Vegas is working on decorating their freeways -
The first day, Proxy won Utility to finish her OTCh, and also went HIT. Teaz earned her second CD leg with First.
The second day, Teaz finished her CD with her third class First and was only 1/2 point out of HIT.
Proxy tied for First
in Utility but gave the runoff to a non-OTCh dog, hee hee. They both got to sleep on the bed. ;-)
The third day Proxy crashed and burned in Utility because I no longer cared and didn't show Teaz so we
could get an early start home. There was also an old car show in Vegas that was heading home.
Not too many flowers out yet but did find these really nice Desert Globemallows.
When we got home, there was icky wet stuff falling out of the sky!
After a trip to Napa for a really good seminar, we set out for Vegas again (!) to show Rapid in Rally at
the Schipperke national specialty. Of course, I took pictures of wildflowers.
above Pink Evening Primrose, below Caterpillar Phacelia and Joshua Tree.
Rapid earned his first RN leg with First place!
Las Vegas is a weird place. This guy was blowing a whistle and yelling something - I assume he was
advertising something, maybe Italian food?
Update Mary Veitch tells me that the flag is
the Palestinian National Authority flag.
