The year begins with a trip to Phoenix for two obedience trials. The only interesting thing to take pictures of during the drive was the gas prices! And of course Lucky Kitty.
Teaz did some good work but blew a signal both days. Rapid saved the day by finishing his RA with a nice run and Third place.
The next Friday we had to get up at a very unreasonable hour of the morning to go up to Victorville for the
Schipperke specialty and an
all breed trial. Teaz is still blowing First in Utility by not going all the way
down on her signals, but Rapid earned a perfect 100 for an RA insurance leg,
and a three way tie for First.
Of course, we were Third ... ;-)
The next Thursday we traveled up to Fresno for a couple of obedience trials. Teaz tied for First
in Utility and actually won the run-off for Four more OTCh points.

The next day Teaz thought she'd "help" by doing the signal drop before I did the signal ...
Next up was the Vegas Valley trials. Rick came with so we got a late start making the drive out mostly in the dark.
Anyone want to guess where the Nevada state line is?
On Sunday, Teaz won Utility for 6 more OTCh points. Then we got on the road with everyone else coming home from Vegas ...
Interesting looking clouds at sunset.
Rick & I took the Curlies to a local HRC test and both passed Started. Sketch had a wonderful time running amok;
I was so desperate for wildflowers I took pictures of radishes!
