Next we were back in Las Vegas for the Poodle club's three trials. The first day, Dodger ended up with Third,
which of course was a placement out of the points, but Proxy finished her CD with another class win and only
1/2 point out of HIT. I moved her up to Open tomorrow so we shall see how she does there! ;-)
The next day, Dodger ended up with Third again - sigh - and Proxy had trouble with the broad jump in Open so
no first CDX leg but she did enjoy it.
On Sunday, Lucky Kitty gave Dodger the boost he needed to get out of Third into Second for 2 more points. And
Proxy got veerrryy close to earning her first CDX leg, if she had only stayed sitting for 10 more seconds! ;-)
Afterwards, all three got to run amok in the desert and play tug.
Dodger tends to wait for the girls to bring the toy back to him when there are prickly bushes out there.
