The next weekend we were close to home for a couple of trials in Silverado, which is less than 30 minutes away.
On the first day, Lucky
Kitty helped Dodger win Third for another point!
The weekend after that we did obedience and breed, where LK helped Proxy to earn another Ch point and Dodger to win a Fourth.
The next day Proxy got another point, but Dodger flunked!
This is the way Lucky Kitty looked when she was brand new, but years on the dash of cars and trucks has bleached out her tabby stripes.
But I guess even the newer "Prance" (as Ty calls this beanie baby) is special, as Psycho Kitty has adopted her as her own!
We flew up to Bozeman for four trials - here we are coming in for a landing there.
Of course, the place is covered in snow this time of year.
They haven't fixed the sign yet! The first day, Lucky Kitty helped Dodger to hold on to win First for 2 more points, despite
him being really happy in the ring!
The morning after LK didn't have to work quite so
hard as Dodger was more focused and won First again for 2 more points.
Dodger and I took a little walk between trials - here are the plugins in the motel parking lot for people to plug in their cars overnight when the temps really
dip. Scary, huh?
We saw some Canada Geese, which Dodger thought were really interesting. I told him that if he won the class this afternoon
and tomorrow morning, we could go back to Prado and he could chase birds. I hope he understood - and believed! ;-)
Well, apparently he did as he worked well at the afternoon trial and won the class again for another two points. Only need one more...
The next day started with snow! | ||

The club put a notice up on their information board ;-)
THEN we had to win another runoff to win High in Trial! Here Lucky Kitty poses with all the loot from the weekend.
